LIBYAN tyrant Colonel Gaddafi is a psychological wreck, his runaway aide Musa Kusa has told British spy chiefs.

Sustained gunfire rang out near Gaddafi's compound in the capital Tripoli yesterday and there were reports of snipers firing from roofs.
