PlayStation Network and Qriocity streaming music service were turned off April 20 in the wake of an "external intrusion," according to Sony spokesman Patrick Seybold.

Sony announces plans for two tablet computers
 Japanese electronics and entertainment giant Sony Corp. on Tuesday unveiled its first tablet computers, codenamed S1 and S2, in a direct but belated challenge to Apple's iPad. The "Sony Tablet" S1 has a single screen and is for home use while the portable S2 has two screens, Sony told a news conference. The tablet devices will have access to online content to buy and download videos, music and other entertainment and be compatible with existing PlayStation games, Sony official Kunimasa Suzuki said. China announced that it would suspend import of Jeep Wranglervehicles owing to a serious potential safety risk.
The country's product quality supervisory body stated that lots of vehicles caught fire suddenly.
In a declaration, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) stated that probes discovered that the fires were the outcome of a trouble in the vehicles' mechanical transmission systems.
