Is Lindsay Lohan Back?

Lindsay Lohan, 26, was attacked by a man in his hotel room on Saturday night allegedly. Lohan and friends invited a man to his hotel room. Following a meeting at 1 Oak nightclub in New York The two had a falling out after the man was taking pictures of Lindsay Lohan. Lohan after she confronted the man in the photos and took his cell phone. She grabbed a good or released.

"Lindsay was attacked this morning at a hotel in New York," said his agent Steve honey. "When he did suffer injuries, was not hospitalized. The attacker was arrested and is currently in custody. Lindsay spoke with the police and is fully with the investigation."

Some reports say Lohan was thrown to the ground and choked, while others say he was thrown on the bed and suffered scratches. The man was identified as 25-year-old Christian LaBella, who works as a part-time assistant Congress. Police said at one point, Lindsay Lohan came down the stairs while being chased by LaBella. Hotel Lohan activated fire alarm, which led the authorities to the scene of the crime.

LaBella was initially charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault in the third degree and two counts of harassment. The charges were dropped and he was released. According to police, the case was weakened because Lohan LaBella took his cell phone and refused to seek medical attention.
