Battle of the British covers


WITH One Direction and Adeleconquering the charts everywhere this year, there’s been talk of a new British invasion on the music scene.
But our LOUD Cover Contest participants last month proved how great the songs by the likes of other UK artistes, such as the late Amy Winehouse, Coldplay, Radiohead and
others, still are.
A particular favourite of our contestants? The low-key singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran, whose songs like The A Team and Drunk were covered by more than a few of the participants.
