Pakistan Cricket Board Appoints DavWhatmore Pak Team Coach.Dav Whatmore Australia Has Been Named Head Coach of Pakistan for 2 Years, The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Announced On Sunday.

Julian Fontana English Would be The Fielding Coach, The PCB Said. The 2 Men Would Take Away the Equipment and Prepare for The Tournament Asia Cup later This Month.

"We Have Reached an Agreement with Dav Whatmore Who the New coach of Pakistan Over the Next 2 years," said PCB chairman of Pakistan Zaka Ashraf Told Reporters.

"We Believe That a Foreign Coach can Better Exploit the Available Talent in Pakistan cricket."

Pakistan New Coach Whatmore, Who Led Sri Lanka to Victory in The 1996 World Cup, Said he was looking Forward to the Challenge, adding: ". We will do Our Best to Pproduce The Best Results With our Talent Available and I am Sure the Good results "

Dav Whatmore, 57, Played 7 Tests for Australia and Enjoyed a Successful Season as Coach with Bangladesh, Leading his Party From the 1 Race and Win the Series Back in 2005.

Pakistan have had 3 Foreign Coaches in the Past, the English Richard Pybus and Bob Woolmer and Australian Geoff Lawson.

Chief selector Mohsin Hasan Khan Had Been in Place as interim coach Waqar Younis Pakistan After he Resigned in September for Personal Reasons and Health.
