Syrian government forces took Control of the area Thursday After the Rebels fled the District under the Constant Bombardment of activists said they Dead 1000 of People since early February.
The Red Cross said the Regime Blocked the Entrance to Baba Amr on Friday, a day after the Group received Government Permission to enter with a convoy of 7 trucks carrying 15 tons of Humanitarian aid including Food,Medical supplies and Blankets.
"We're still in Negotiations to join Amr Baba," said ICRC Spokesman Hicham Hassan on Saturday in Geneva.
The Syrians said they Would not allow the Red Cross in Baba Amr for Safety reasons, including landmines, said Hassan, adding that the Organization was unable to Verify the danger. The Government has not offered an Official Explanation.
There Was no immediate information about what was happening in Baba Amr, on Saturday, a day after Activists Accused the Regime forces of Execution-style Killings and a scorched-earth Campaign of the houses on fire, raising fears of Attacks of revenge in a country on the brink of civil war.
Telephone lines and Internet were still Down and Activists in nearby areas said they had no Information from inside.
