Wang Lee Hom is always a groomsmen, never a groom

Taiwanese singer-actor Wang Lee Hom was a grooms-men when his buddy Jason Tang married Xiao Mi earlier this year.
He was also a grooms-men when his good friend, television host Blackie Chen married long-time sweetheart Christine Fan.

Wang told reporters that he would be serving as a grooms-men two more times in May alone.

"I have already assumed the position of 'professional best man'," quipped Wang, during a
promotional event in Shanghai on Wednesday.

"There is an especially large number of people getting married recently. It's as though marriage is infectious, like a yawn."

However, the multi-talented 34-year-old expressed that he is only too happy to help.

"I have lots of friends. That's probably why I have a lot of people asking me to be their best man. Besides, it is a happy occasion.

"If any [grooms-men] needs a 'best man consultant', I can provide professional advice," joked Wang.

When asked if attending all those marriages had given him an urge to get married, Wang deftly sidestepped the question.

"I do have an urge [to get married]. Maybe sometime in the later half of the year!

"But I don't know it will be the later half of which year," said Wang with a wry grin.
