Nawaz back home after heart surgery

PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif returned home on Saturday after undergoing a heart surgery in London in March.

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Ishaq Dar, Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Zulfikar Khosa, Pervaiz Rashid, Hamza Shahbaz, party’s legislators and office-bearers received him at the Allama Iqbal airport.

The PML-N workers were not asked to reach the airport to

greet their leader as the party had made it a ‘low-profile’ affair. Mr Nawaz Sharif had reportedly asked his aides not to make arrangements for a ‘rousing welcome’ fearing the party might not be able to put up a good show like the one it had made in 2007 when he returned from exile.
