Katie Holmes and Chace Crawford to Star in 'Responsible Adults' (Cannes)

CANNES -- Katie Holmes and Chace Crawford will star in the comedy-romance Responsible Adults, which
John Poll will direct for Night & Day Pictures.

Night & Day’s Michael Roiff will produce with Julie Yorn.Alex Schemmer has written the screenplay about a 30-year-old med student, to be played by Holmes, who meets and falls for a younger man, played by Crawford, only to realize she once was his baby sitter.
Principal photography is scheduled for the fall in Los Angeles.
Kirk D’Amico’s Myriad Pictures is pre-selling international rights in Cannes.
