Singapore Scandals | Ng Boon Gay, Peter Lim Sin Pang, Cecelia Sue Siew Nang, Esther Goh, Pang Chor Mui & Lee Wei Hoon

These couple of days we keep reading news about some “former” Singaporeans who were very “naughty”.  Not too long ago, we have this Singapore scandal of an underage girl and 80 men.

First we have 44 year-old former Central Narcotics Bureau chief Ng Boon Gay who has been charged with four counts of corruptly obtaining naughty favors from a woman, who was a sales manager of two IT vendors (Hitachi and Oracle) , between June and December 2011.

The woman who is embroiled in this Singapore scandal is said to be a woman by the name of Cecilia Sue Siew Nang Cecilia Sue Siew Nang. Ng pleaded not guilty to all four charges. He is currently out on a $10,000 bail.

Then, we have 40 year-old former Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) chief Peter Lim Sin Pang who “is accused of having corruptly obtained “shiok” gratification from two female vendors and one potential female vendor to the SCDF on 10 occasions between May 2010 and November 2011.

All these so-called “give-and-take” sessions is for showing favor by advancing the business interest of their companies with SCDF.

According to the news reports, the women involved are:

1. Pang Chor Mui, the general manager of a vendor, Nimrod Engineering, at a car park at Stadium Walk.

2.Esther Goh Tok Mui, the business development director of NCS, a vendor, in a car park near Marina Bay Golf Course.

Peter Lim allegedly “main-main” again with Esther Goh at an apartment in Tanjong Rhu and a car park near the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Some more, four more times with Esther Goh at a Tanjong Rhu apartment and a flat in Clementi.

3. Lee Wei Hoon, a director of potential vendor Singapore Radiation Centre in a car park near East Coast Big Splash, and in a hotel in Paris, France.

I’m sure you notice  this former naughty SCDF chief likes having it in public, especially in car park lah!
